First board meeting PVE in 2016

ParaVolley Europe had their first Board meeting of 2016 in Elblag, Poland where they were hosted by the club Atak.

This was the first time the board met face to face since the General Assembly which took place in October 2015 in Warendorf (GER) during the Men European Championship.

As a result, the meeting was a strategic one since the attendees discussed and shared their plans for the future of Sitting Volleyball in Europe and also defined their respective tasks for the months ahead.

The board is committed to improving the interaction and communication with its National Federations, clubs, media, but also with players and coaches, in order to achieve mutual understanding and better cooperation during European events and outside of the competition environment.

Additionally, following the resignation of the Marketing Director Andris Ulmanis (LAT) for health reasons, a new Board member was co-opted. Isabelle Collot (FRA) is indeed joining the Board of ParaVolley Europe effective as of now and will be acting as the Marketing Director until the General Assembly in 2017, focusing on communication and media.
