Successful Men’s Sitting Volleyball Champions Cup

Last weekend saw the resurrected sitting volleyball Champions Cup competition take place in Nola (ITA) with 6 teams from all over Europe converging over to the city.

Fans were in for a treat as the national champions from Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia, Germany, Hungary,Italy and Poland played each other to decide on who would be crowned the champion. Two days of high level competitions unfolded, culminating with the final between OKI “Fantomi” from Bosnia Herzegovina and TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen from Germany.

The team from Bosnia Herzegovina proved to be too strong for the Germans who lost in straight sets with both teams providing the crowd with a fantastic display of sitting volleyball action.
