The ParaVolley Europe board met in person in Malta for a series of meetings, following the invitation of ParaVolley Malta to organise this event.

The event kicked off with a marketing meeting where a working group composed of Marketing Director Guido Pasciari, Communication Director Isabelle Collot, Marketing specialist Spasenija Bozanic, President Branko Mihorko, General Manager Nello Calleja and Project Manager & Legal Advisor Tanja Gasic Markovic spent the time discussing marketing strategy for the zone and how to build the ParaVolley brand as a marketable product.

The second day of meetings saw the whole board gather for a full day of discussions on many various topics such as organisation structure, communication between the zones and World ParaVolley.

President Mihorko took this opportunity to thank all the board members and the two professional members for their continued hard work and support in these challenging times following the Covid-19 pandemic.

The organisation has undergone some major changes from a digital point of view in order to facilitate the organisation of competition and some more improvements are planned over the next few years to take paravolley events to the next level.

The competition side of ParaVolley Europe has also seen a big increase in indoor competitions, both for European and Club teams with the successful launch this year of the Champions Cup and Euroleague competitions and the second season of the Nations League competitions. As for beach competitions, the summer witnessed some great Beach Paravolley events, both standing and sitting in Italy and Slovenia.

The board would like to thank ParaVolley Malta for their involvement in organising a great event, both on the working and social side as this helped foster a stronger sense of belonging between the members present.
